I'm so glad we entered the the "MN Cup" entrepreneur competition this year. Congrats to the Green Garden Bakery for representing our division so well and getting $10K for your business. As a runner up we were awarded $5000 plus an additional $1000 for winning the people's choice award for best pitch. I've learned a ton, met amazing people and have been inspired in so many ways. Thank you especially to Melissa who really helped us navigate the program since April when we first applied. What a journey! The process and visibility are worth more than the money won, so I'm really thankful. And special thanks to Dad for pitching in more at the farm and Mom for helping me with the business side this summer. We did it!
