Hope. Reflection.

As 2020 draws to a close and we head out to visit a family who has an empty seat at the dinner table... this is what I jotted down in my journal. I'm feeling...

Grateful for the volunteers who provide so much time & care for the four legged floofers in our program. Blessed by Team Peacebunny --first for your friendship and second for the very special and irreplaceable roles you fulfill to keep things going and growing. Warmed by the encouragement of our following (like you!! So many care -- many from a distance -- we appreciate your prayers and support in so many ways). Excited and Optimistic for the future.

Committed to our mission to share hope & hoppiness. As we share the comfort rabbits -- our Peacebunny Unit, we are reminded of why we do what we do. We care for these amazingly sweet animals that somehow do things that no human can. We offer the gift of being present, of listening, and of hope. And we are glad you're on the journey with us!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Oh, and whisker kisses too!
