There are days when the problems, the challenges may seem so big, so daunting that you can begin to wonder if your tiny little insignificant efforts will amount to anything positive.
Sometimes I hear the negative-chatter growing louder in my head: Who are you to try to make a difference? You're just like a grain of white rice. Tiny. One of billions. Insignificant.
Then there are moments that out of nowhere I find another tool to combat the negative monkey chatter. I didn't need this reminder today per se, but maybe YOU did. So embrace your rice-ness. But also be sure to embrace the Godzilla-sized potential in you just waiting to be unleashed in the hands of a Craftsman.
